Donations, Returns and Refunds

The following policy discloses the donation and refund policies for NewLife Ethiopia.

We appreciate your financial support of NewLife Ethiopia. Any website visitor may choose to donate by either sending a check to NewLife Ethiopia or by providing a credit card donation via the website’s “Donate” page or by donating items through our Gift Catalog. No person is under obligation to donate to NewLife Ethiopia and you acknowledge and agree that the decision is solely your own.

You understand that NewLife Ethiopia is a registered 501(c)(3) and all donations may be deductible per IRS regulations.

NewLife Ethiopia has exclusive control over all donations and proceeds from gifts. You agree to provide accurate, true and complete information about yourself and your payment methods at the time of donation and/or gift. No person under 18 years of age may make a donation or a gift from NewLife Ethiopia. If your donation or payment cannot be processed due to incomplete or inaccurate information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to provide new payment information. If you do not, your donation and/or gift will be immediately cancelled.

You acknowledge and agree that all donations are final and will not be refunded or returned. All gifts of merchandise are final and will not be refunded or returned.
