Only those couples who have struggled with infertility can understand the indescribable joy of welcoming a baby into their arms.
Demu and her husband Mengistu are one such couple who received a beautiful baby girl just last week. A relative who works at the Ministry of Women’s Affairs told Demu about our little orphanage and after completing all the necessary steps for adoption, Demu came to the orphanage to bring her daughter home.
Her name is KenaRebi, which means “She is given from God.”
This baby girl who was abandoned on the hospital delivery bed now has a bright new future! Demu said “We praise God who gave us this gift!”
What a gift she is!
